Modifications to Precision 15's at CSC

Commercial/rental version: heavier layup by factory

Mast: Dwyer DM4 with spreaders and lower shrouds on one boat, DM5 on other without spreaders or lowers

Seat/hatch cover/anchor box: wood seat at front of cockpit, anchor on wood or Starboard plate below

Anchor: tied to U-bolt fastened to mast step

Swim ladder (for easier reboarding after capsize): Windline TT-3X, mounting brackets made from 1-1/2" stainless steel angle

Rudder: heavier layup on blade by factory, rudderhead custom made from 3/16" aluminum plate, J24 pintles and gudgeons on stainless steel square tube spacers

Forestay fitting: custom made from stainless plate, bow reinforced with additional fiberglass (not necessary in retrospect)

Chainplates: heavier U-bolts, underside of hull/deck flange reinforced with additional fiberglass

Secondary flotation: air mattresses inside hull (adding to factory's glassed in foam) (not needed, main problem is skippers launching without putting in hull drain plug)

Centerboard case: filled with epoxy/filler at front of slot to stabilize board

Sails: Pineapple full battened main, sailfeed cover slot on mast to keep sail slugs in mast luff, jiffy reefing line on boom, cunningham padeye and cleat on mast; Pineapple hanked jibs (not holding up to downward strain) or JY jibs (too long in foot)
