    Approve Expenditures

    Peter moved to approve all the expenditures listed in the Treasurer's report for this meeting and for the meeting that was cancelled 2/8/09. Heidi seconded, passed unanimously.

    Senior Projects

    Jennifer moved to approve the following Senior projects:

  • Felix Goebel R19 work, complete
  • Madrone Jack, teaching, complete
  • Randolph Klein, Youth Ride Chair
  • Steve Burchik, Safe Boating Week grant app/report

    Rob seconded, passed unanimously.

    Moseley Family Free Membership

    Peter moved to give a free lifetime membership to Bill Moseley, Annie his wife, and their children in recognition of his work on the club's website and email list. Rob seconded, passed unanimously.

    JY15 mainsail reef points and numbers

    Michael moved to spend up to $700 to put reef points and numbers on 6 new JY15 mainsails, Jennifer seconded, passed unanimously.

    Merit headsails

    Michael moved to spend up to $1250 on new headsails for the Merit 25, Heidi seconded, passed unanimously.

    Windsurf parts

    Rob moved to spend up to $1000 on windsurfing parts, Michael seconded, passed unanimously.

    Operating Rules--Rating Retention

    Michael moved to change the Operating Rules back to the old provision that ratings can be retained for two years while not a member, Heidi seconded, passed unanimously.
