Please use this form to report any incidents of harassment, safety concerns, or other Code of Conduct/Operating Rules violations at the club.

Your report will be sent to the CSC Commodore(s). It will be taken seriously. It will be investigated as quickly and fairly as possible. If you prefer, you may also report any concerns directly to any member of the Executive Committee (current members and their contact information is listed on our Contacts page).

Please be aware that CSC is a volunteer-based organization and response times can vary. We will attempt to address situations as expediently as possible, but if you require immediate attention do not hesitate to reach out to external authorities (i.e. dial 911) and avail of external support resources (like calling RAINN at (800) 656-HOPE (4673)).

Speaking up will never have any impact on one’s abilities to reach their goals at the club. Our club is set up in a very decentralized way and no one has the singular power to prevent someone else from progressing or learning new skills.
